When the National Museum of African American Music opened in 2021, its founders envisioned a platform that celebrates the central role African Americans play in creating the American soundtrack—and honors the women whose voices have shaped that legacy.
Women in Harmony® continues that tradition by centering women’s leadership in music, media, and entertainment.
This isn’t a conference. This is an intimate gathering of 200 influential women—executives, artists, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders—who come together for authentic conversation, meaningful connection, and cultural celebration.
Proceeds from Women in Harmony® support NMAAM’s Youth Amplified and Music Legends & Heroes programs, which serve 100+ students annually—70% of whom are young women of color—with 100% college acceptance rates.
