Vice President of Operations
Danny Hiltenbrand is a tourism professional with over 35 years’ experience and an extensive portfolio in the historic home, museum, theme park and attractions industry. For 24 years, Danny served as Vice President of Merchandise for Elvis Presley’s Graceland in Memphis where he was responsible for driving strategic operations for merchandise, food and beverage, retail, e-commerce functions and international exhibition, concert tour, and direct-to-consumer commerce initiatives. Additionally, Danny orchestrated the retail programs for B.B. King Blues Clubs around the country, has served in a wide variety of tourism operational management positions throughout the country, and has worked as a retail and operations consultant.
Born and raised in Memphis, TN, Danny is a graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis with a B.A. in Political Science/Public Administration. He studied law at the University of Memphis School of Law and studied Hospitality Accounting through the AHLA. His professional affiliations include the Tourist Industry Retail Merchants Association (TIRMA), the International Association of Amusement Parks & Attractions (IAAPA), the National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM), the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), and the National Retail Federation (NRF).
