Executive Assistant to the CEO


Cara Lippman began her administrative career working in her home state of Massachusetts for her
father, a real estate attorney, while she completed her degree in English Education at Boston University.
After an initial start as an English teacher and theatre director, Cara returned to the administrative field
working in diverse industries such as health care, sales, and financial consulting and in both the
nonprofit and hi-tech worlds. Looking to broaden her skill set, Cara earned a Master of Arts degree in
forensic psychology from Argosy University. Cara performs with her own blues band, Cara Being Blue
and has released two original albums. Cara founded and hosts the internationally renown Tuesday Pro
Blues Jam at The Local. She further serves the local music community as Secretary of the Nashville Blues
& Roots Alliance. Cara was honored by the Tennessee Rhythm & Blues Society in 2016 for her
contributions to the blues genre.
