An influential Nashvillian, Charles grew up right “up the road” in Gallatin, TN. He’s grown up here and sees the value in music as the city’s brand, as well as the city’s opportunity. We’re proud to have Charles as part of the NMAAM family, telling us why his music matters in the My Music Matters™ campaign.

A friend sent the NMAAM Site to me, recently. The articles I read are most enlightening. I am a retired Metro Davidson music educator, having taught middle and high school music at Meigs Magnet School and East Literature Magnet school, ( Paideia Magnet).
I would like to be a part of this organization as well as share share singing vocals of the Negro Spirituals. I can share my resume, if needed.
In Perfect Harmony,
