Crystal Hardison


Crystal J. Hardison is a native of Somerville, TN and a graduate of Tennessee State University.

With a professional career ranging from government to private sector and most recently, non-profit organizations, Crystal serves as the Programs Manager to aid in creating a National thumbprint for NMAAM’s programs and outreach efforts.

While at NMAAM, Crystal has been instrumental in the implementation of several educational and outreach programs directed for youth and adult audiences such as Sips & Stanzas, Emerging Artists Series (EAS) and the From Nothing to Something Series (FN2S). Crystal has been essential to developing and maintaining organizational relationships with Nashville Public Schools, libraries, Urban League, TN School for the Blind, local Universities and the Nashville Symphony among others.
